ODOR CONTROL FOR CONFINED SPACES
Radical Odor Control Technology is a vapor phase treatment that treats odors, remediates surface fats, oils, and grease and mitigates microbial induced corrosion. The centerpiece of the Vapex technology is the patented three-fluid nozzle that produces less than 5 micron-sized water particles. The water particles combine with ozone, a strong oxidant, to produce the second most powerful oxidant known – the hydroxyl radical. The high oxidation potential of hydroxyl radicals lessens the need to generate a large amount of ozone, consequently, the units are small in size, energy efficient, and highly effective in oxidizing odorous compounds including sulfur compounds (Hydrogen sulfide, dimethyl sulfide, Methyl mercaptan, etc.), nitrogen compounds (Ammonia, Methylamine, Indole, Skatole, etc.), and aldehydes (Acetaldehyde, Butryaldehyde, etc.). The unit treats odors in the space where the odors are generated. Consequently, there is no need to transport, treat, and positively expel air into the atmosphere. Furthermore, since Radical Odor Control Technology needs only air, electricity and water to generate the oxidants there is no need for costly chemicals addition or replenishment.

CLEANB, NEUTRALIZER, CHEMICAL DIGESTION (CLASS A & CLASS B)
BCR specializes in chemical digestion to produce class A and class B biosolids. CleanB® is BCR’s patented Class B Biosolids treatment solution and the system chemically treats Waste Activated Sludge (WAS) and produces Class B Biosolids in less than 10 minutes. A modular and highly scalable system that has a small footprint and may be mobilized or permanently installed onsite. The CleanB®process requires minimal energy consumption and has delivered substantial energy savings to clients. The process eliminates the need for complex wastewater treatment infrastructure and requires only hours to achieve results that often take weeks with traditional Class A technologies. The fertilizer is pH adjustable and free from foul odors. CERAMEM® CERAMIC MEMBRANES (INDUSTRIAL)

FKC screw press
An FKC screw press can be used in a variety of liquid-solid separation, or dewatering applications. An FKC screw press can be used in the same applications where belt presses, centrifuges, and filter presses have traditionally been used, as well as in more traditional screw press applications such as those in the pulp & paper industry. FKC custom designs and manufactures screw presses from 100 mm (4") to 1500 mm (59") in diameter, with wetted lengths up to 9 meters (30'). Dewatering with the Screw Press is simple and continuous. Gravity assists the drainage at the inlet end of the screw and then reduces the volume as the materials is moved from the inlet to the discharge end of the screw press. Proper screw design is critical, as different materials require different screw speeds, screw configurations, and screens in order to dewater to a high outlet consistency while maintaining an excellent capture rate.
